(A) The city hereby adopts all of I.C. 36-7-9-1 et seq., as amended, as the City Building Code.
(B) The Building Inspector shall administer the provisions of this section and shall act as the enforcement authority defined under I.C. 36-7-9-2.
(C) The definition of SUBSTANTIAL PROPERTY INTEREST set forth in I.C. 36-7-9-2 is hereby adopted for the purposes of this section and incorporated in it by reference.
