Any person who violates any provisions of this chapter or any regulations herein contained or fails to perform any duty lawfully or supply any information lawfully required within the time prescribed by this chapter or any regulations herein contained shall be deemed to have committed an ordinance violation, and, upon entry of a judgment finding an ordinance violation pursuant to I.C. 34-28-5-4, shall be fined not less than $25, and not more than $1,000. Each day a violation continues constitutes a separate ordinance violation.
