§ 110.99 PENALTY.
   Any person violating any provisions of this chapter shall be guilty of an ordinance violation and, upon conviction, shall be fined a sum not to exceed $100. Each day a transient merchant shall engage in the transaction of business without a license or in violation of §§ 110.04 through 110.07 shall constitute a separate offense.
