§ 92.10 INTERFERING WITH ANIMAL CONTROL OFFICER.
   It shall be unlawful to interfere with any animal control officer or other officer empowered to act by law, to take or attempt to take any animal from the vehicle used to transport the animal or in any way try to prevent the officer from discharging their lawful duties as empowered.
