Open fires shall not be permitted on park premises with the exception of cooking fires, which shall be confined to portable grills, barbeques, cook stoves, or other suitable cooking equipment. Cooking fires permitted by this code section shall not be left unattended. All fires permitted by this section shall be properly and completely extinguished after use.
