(A) Persons may use the city park facilities during the following times, unless different hours are posted by order of the Park Board:
(1) Summer (April 1 through October 31): 6:00 a.m. to 12:00 a.m.; and
(2) Winter (November 1 through March 31): 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.
(B) The Park Board may grant written exceptions to the time limits provided in this section under any circumstances the Park Board deems proper.
