(A) The streets described below are designated limited parking zones. When appropriate signs conforming to the requirements of this title, no person shall park a vehicle on the side of the street or for any continuous period of time longer than designated below.

(B) North Second Street from Memorial Way to East North “A” Street, twelve parking spaces shall be permitted and shall be so marked along the West side of North Second Street, two of which shall be reserved for handicapped parking.
(C) (1) This division (C) pertains to the city municipal parking lot which is located directly North of City Hall and is more particularly described as follows, to-wit: lots numbered 631 through and including 636 in the First Addition to the city and consisting of six 44-foot lots.
(2) Parking shall be allowed in the municipal parking lot described herein as follows: parking is limited to not more than 24 consecutive hours, between the hours of 6:00 a.m. on Monday through midnight on Friday of any week.
(3) Vehicles found in violation of this division (C) may be towed at the owner’s or operator’s expense. Owners or operators of vehicles found in violation of this division (C) may be fined not more than $100 per violation.
