SCHEDULE III. ONE-WAY STREETS.

   (A)   Any person operating a vehicle on any of the following streets or alleys shall only move that vehicle in the direction indicated:

      (1)   First alley North of Main Street from Third Street to Fourth Street, westbound;

      (2)   North Second Street from the intersection of Memorial Way to East North “A” Street shall be a one-way northbound; and

      (3)   Memorial Way South from North “A” Street and East to the intersection of North Second Street shall be one-way southbound and eastbound.

   (B)   Any person who violates any provision of this code section shall be deemed guilty of an ordinance violation and, upon conviction, shall be fined not more than $100.
