§ 54.062 PROCEDURE WHEN SINGLE METER SERVES MORE THAN ONE USER.
   If two or more premises, including apartments and trailers discharging wastewater into the city’s sewerage system, either directly or indirectly, are consumers of water, and the quantity of water is measured by a single water meter, then in that case, for billing purposes, the quantity of water used shall be the average for each user, and the minimum charge and the sewage rates and charges shall apply to each of the number of premises served through the single water meter.
