§ 54.75 TRAFFIC CONTROL PLAN.
   The utility is responsible to submit a carefully designed traffic control plan to the County Roads Department for any relocation or permit work affecting a roadway. Such plan will be based on any specific directions received from the County Roads Department and will conform to MD SHA standards for speed limits less than or greater than 40 mph.
