§ 54.28 TREE AND SHRUB SPRAYING, CUTTING AND TRIMMING.
   Spraying, cutting, and trimming of trees and shrubs by the utility within county right-of-way are prohibited without written permission of the County Roads Department. The utility shall also obtain all other necessary permits.
