(A) County inspectors or those personnel designated by the county to inspect are assigned the responsibility to conduct inspections of utility work sites, and to obtain and record appropriate data.
(B) The utility shall provide the County Roads Department with an intended work schedule and shall inform the County Roads Department of any subsequent changes to the schedule.
