(A) Suspensions. The county has the power to suspend utility work, on any project, wholly or in part, if, in its judgment, the utility fails to comply with the terms of a permit.
(B) Cease and desist orders. In the event of a violation of any term or condition of this chapter or of a permit issued under this chapter, the county may suspend a permit and direct that a permittee cease and desist from all activities under the permit.
