§ 35.10 NATIONAL INCIDENT MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (NIMS).
   The Garrett County Board of Commissioners declares that the National Incident Management System (NIMS) will become Garrett County’s incident management system and all Garrett County agencies that may be eligible for local funding in the form of grants, loans or supplements, will adopt NIMS to ensure closer coordination and cooperation among all levels of government during all emergency situations effective this 20th day of September, 2005.
