§ 35.04 EMERGENCY 911 SYSTEM.
   (A)   County fee established; use of funds. A county fee of $1.50 per month shall be imposed on all current bills rendered for switched local exchange access service, wireless telephone service, voice-over-I.P. or other 911-accessible service within Garrett County.
   (B)   When effective. This fee was enacted on July 6, 2021.
