§ 32.59 RATIFICATION OF ACTIONS TAKEN PRIOR TO ADOPTION.
   The Board hereby ratifies and confirms the acts and actions of the Board of Trustees of the Ruth Enlow Library of Garrett County taken prior to the date of this chapter.
