§ 153.06 PROVISIONS TO TAKE PRECEDENCE REGARDING CERTAIN ZONING CONFLICTS.
   In the event of conflict regarding permitted types of land use between this chapter and any zoning ordinance adopted by Garrett County, the provisions in § 153.05 of this chapter shall take precedence.
