(A) Any person violating any provision of §§ 71.01 et seq. shall be determined guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction thereof before the District Court of Maryland or in the Circuit Court for Garrett County, Maryland, shall be fined not less than $25 nor more than $200.

(B) Any person, firm or corporation violating the provisions of §§ 71.20 et seq. or the rules and regulations made pursuant hereto shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction, shall be fined a minimum of $10 or a maximum of $25.
