§ 35.27 VIOLATIONS AND PENALTIES.
   The State Fire Prevention Code, as adopted by the State Fire Prevention Commission, is hereby adopted as a part of the Fire Prevention Code of Garrett County and enforceable pursuant to this subchapter in Garrett County.
