(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
(B) (1) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter, other than §§ 52.40 et seq., is guilty of a misdemeanor and, upon conviction in a court of competent jurisdiction, is subject to a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $10,000 or imprisonment not exceeding 1 year, or both, for each violation, with costs imposed at the discretion of the court.
(2) Every day in which a violation continues may be deemed to constitute a separate violation.
(3) Any person aggrieved by any action of the Department in the administration or enforcement of this regulation may appeal to the Garrett County Board of Health. Each appeal may be requested in writing to the Board and be submitted within 15 days from the Department’s action.
