§ 157.050 EXCEPTIONS FOR ACCESSORY DWELLINGS.
   Dwelling units built in conjunction with and incorporated into the structure of a permitted principal non-residential use located on a lakefront lot in the TC-Town Center Zoning District may include up to 3 accessory dwelling units without requiring additional land area. The floor area of these accessory dwelling units shall not exceed 50% of the gross floor area of the structure, or, if 100% of the ground floor area of the building is devoted to commercial use, then accessory dwelling units above the ground story may occupy a floor area up to a maximum of 1.5 times the floor area of the ground story.
