Any person violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction thereof, be punished by a fine not exceeding $500, or by imprisonment not to exceed 30 days, or by both such fine and imprisonment. In addition, if such violations is of any provision involving a license, the City Council may permanently revoke the license of any licensee so convicted after notice and opportunity for healing.
