§ 50.21 TAPPING PERMIT FEE.
   If the tapping permit is subsequently granted, the property owner will pay a tapping permit fee, the amount of which wall be set by resolution and be kept on file in the office of the City Finance Officer. The city’s service for such fee shall include the tapping of the water main and inspection of the water lines once the property has been prepared for such by the property owner. The city’s service for such fee will also include initial set-up and maintenance of the account books and records, and maintaining the city’s water lines to the curb stop after construction has been completed and the contractor’s warranty has expired. It will be the property owner’s responsibility to maintain the water line from the meter to the curb stop.
