(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) In case any such Commissioner shall neglect or refuse to the provisions described in § 36.01(B), he or she shall forfeit and pay a fine to the city, not exceeding $50, and shall be liable to be prosecuted therefor before the Police Justice, as in cases of fines imposed for the violation of an ordinance, and in case one only of said Commissioners shall so neglect or refuse to attend, the two remaining Commissioners shall fill the vacancy. In all other cases, the vacancy shall be filled by the City Council.
