§ 33.01 ADOPTION OF MINNEHAHA COUNTY PRE-DISASTER HAZARD MILITATION PLAN.

   (A)   The city has adopted the Minnehaha County Multi-Hazard Mitigation Plan to be evaluated and updated each year.

   (B)   The City Council hereby adopts, supports, and will facilitate the Lincoln County-Minnehaha County Pre-Disaster Hazard Mitigation Plan 2017 Update implementation.

§ 33.02 ADOPTION OF MINNEHAHA COUNTY LOCAL EMERGENCY OPERATION PLAN.

   The city has adopted the Minnehaha County Local Emergency Operations Plan, to be evaluated and updated each year.

§ 33.03 AREA INCLUDED IN MINNEHAHA COUNTY RURAL AMBULANCE DISTRICT.

   The City Council consents to be included within the proposed Minnehaha County Rural Ambulance District, and supports the creation of said district.
