§ 154.07 FIRE PROTECTION.
   (A)   The trailer court area shall be subject to the rules and regulations of the Chief of the Fire Department or his or her duly authorized representative.
   (B)   No temporary or permanent additions of any kind shall be built onto, or become a part of, any trailer coach except as provided by § 154.04; provided skirting on trailer coaches is mandatory, but such skirting shall not permanently attach the trailer coach to the ground or create a fire hazard.
   (C)   The wheels of the trailer coach shall be removed. Jacks, or other suitable equipment and stabilizers, shall be placed under the frame of the trailer coach to prevent movement on the springs while the trailer coach is parked and occupied.
   (D)   Appliances using liquefied petroleum gas shall be installed and maintained in compliance with all state and local laws and ordinances.
