(A) Each trailer court which maintains or allows a dependent trailer coach or coaches in the trailer court shall be provided with one or more service buildings adequately equipped with flush type toilet fixtures. No service building shall contain less than two toilets for females, one toilet for males, one lavatory and shower for each sex, one urinal for males, and one service sink.
(B) Service buildings shall:
(1) Be located 20 feet or more from any trailer coach space;
(2) Be of permanent construction and adequately lighted;
(3) Be of moisture resistant materials, to permit frequent washing and cleaning;
(4) Have sufficient toilet and laundry facilities, according to requirements promulgated by the Health Officer, to serve adequately both males and females;
(5) Have adequate-heating facilities and maintain a temperature of 70º; and maintain a minimum of three gallons of hot water per hour, per trailer court space during time of peak demands;
(6) Have all rooms well ventilated with all openings effectively screened; and
(7) Have at least one service sink, supplied with hot and cold water in a separate room.
