For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
DEPENDENT TRAILER COACH. A trailer coach which does not have a toilet and a bathtub or shower.
HEALTH OFFICER. The legally designated health authority or his or her authorized representative.
INDEPENDENT TRAILER COACH. A trailer coach that has a toilet and a bathtub or shower.
SERVICE BUILDING. A building housing toilet facilities for men and women, with service sink and laundry facilities and with separate bath or shower accommodations.
TRAILER COACH. Any structure used for living, sleeping, business, or storage purposes, having no foundation other than wheels, blocks, jacks, horses, or skirtings and which has been, or reasonably may be, equipped with wheels or other devices for transporting the structure from place to place, whether by motive power or other means. TRAILER COACH shall include camp car and house car.
TRAILER COACH SPACE. A plot of ground within a trailer court designated for the accommodation of one trailer coach, also called a TRAILER LOT.
TRAILER COURT. Any plot of ground upon which two or more trailer coaches, occupied for dwelling or sleeping purposes, are located.
