§ 151.25 EASEMENTS.
   Easements across lots or centered on rear or side lot lines shall be provided for utilities where necessary. Such easements shall be no less than 20 feet wide. When the Planning Commission deems it necessary for proper drainage within or through a subdivision, it shall require that a storm water easement or drainage right-of-way be provided.
