§ 151.09 ENFORCEMENT.
   No plat or plan of a subdivision of land located within the jurisdiction of this chapter shall be recorded or filed with the county’s Register of Deeds, nor shall any plat or subdivision have any validity until it complies with the provisions of this chapter and has received final approval, in writing, from the City Council.
