(A) Any person violating the provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) Any person or persons who shall violate any of the provisions of § 31.38 shall, upon conviction thereof, before the Police Justice of the Peace of said city, be punished by a fine of not less than $5, nor more than $25, and costs, and every day that any person or persons shall neglect or refuse to comply with the provisions of § 31.38 shall be a separate and distinct violation of § 31.38.
