(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99 of this code of ordinances.
(B) (1) Any individual starting work without a building permit, as described in § 150.01, will be granted three working days to obtain a building permit. If no building permit is obtained at that time, the following fines will be imposed:

$20,001 - $30,000 | $200 |
$30,001 - $50,000 | $250 |
(2) Fines will increase $50 for every $10,000 valuation thereafter.
