§ 130.22 NUISANCE.
   (A)   The following matters, things, erections, substances, and articles, and the same are hereby declared to be nuisances; viz: all gambling tables; devices; boards; cards; dice; dice boxes used in games or upon which are played any games of chance for money; or other property representing money or property.
   (B)   Police officers and other officers of the police force are hereby authorized and required to go into and upon any house, shop, or other place in the city for the purpose of abating any nuisance, and any police officer or other officer of the police force in the city who are authorized or enjoined to arrest any person or persons for the violation of the provisions of division (A) above are equally authorized and enjoined to seize and take any deck of cards, dice, or other articles or apparatus suitable to be used for gambling purposes found in the possession or under the control of person or persons so arrested, and to deliver the same to the magistrate before whom the person so arrested is required to be taken; and any gambling device brought before said court shall be destroyed.
