(A) It shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 21 years to loiter about or within any poolroom, billiard hall, or any building in which any games of pool, billiards, cards, or other games of like character take place.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any owner, proprietor, manager, or employee of any owner, proprietor or manager of any pool hall, billiard hall, or any other such building in which such games are played within the city, to allow persons under the age of 21 years to play any of said games in any of said places, or buildings, or to allow persons under said age to be in, loiter, or loaf about said places.
