§ 113.06 REQUIRED LIGHTING.
   It shall be the duty of the person or persons, firm or corporation, or manager in charge of such public dance or dance hall in the city, or within one mile from the outer boundary of the same, to provide adequate illumination for the purposes of lighting all the adjoining grounds used by the participants or attendants at such dance or dance hall, and all of said grounds adjoining said dance or public dance hall or used in connection therewith shall be lighted during the time that any dance or dances shall be conducted, except dances in the day time. It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, firm or corporation, or manager in charge of such dance or dance hall in the city, or within one mile from the outer boundary of the same, to allow or permit dancing in said dance hall in the night time with dimmed or extinguished lights, or to use the dance commonly called “The Moonlight Dance.”
