Street dances held within the city or within one mile from the outer boundary of the city shall be conducted by non-profit organizations only. Each sponsoring organization must obtain a license prior to each event. The fee of such license shall be $50 due with application. The sponsoring organization must submit proof of liability insurance to the city before such an event can take place and adhere to all implemented street dance policies, as set forth by the City Council.
