It shall be unlawful for any person conducting a street dance in the city to permit or allow any person under the age of 16 years unaccompanied by his or her parent, step-parent, or legally appointed guardian to enter or remain within the boundary designated for holding the street dance; it shall be unlawful for any person under the age of 16 years unaccompanied by his or her parent, step parent, or legally appointed guardian to enter or remain within the boundary designated for holding the street dance.
