§ 113.01 LICENSE REQUIRED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person or persons, firm or corporation to conduct, operate, or carry on any public dance, or keep or maintain a dance hall or place for public dances within the city, or within one mile from the outer boundary of the same, without first obtaining from the city a permit and license therefor.
