§ 112.02 GENERALLY PROHIBITED.
   It is a violation of this chapter for any person to knowingly or intentionally, in a public place:
   (A)   Engage in sexual intercourse;
   (B)   Engage in deviate sexual conduct;
   (C)   Appear in a state of nudity; or
   (D)   Fondle the genitals of himself, herself, or another person.
