§ 110.42 DAYS/HOURS OF LEGAL SALE.
   (A)   Days to legally sell alcoholic beverages will be determined by state law.
   (B)   Any licensed off-sale dealer of alcoholic beverages may sell, or allow to be sold, malt beverages on Sunday between the hours 7:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m.
   (C)   Any licensed on-sale dealer of alcoholic beverages may sell, or allow to be sold, alcoholic beverages on Sunday between the hours of 11:00 a.m. and 12:00 a.m. with the ability of serving of food products with the simultaneous capacity of at least 35 patrons. At 12:00 a.m., every such on-sale dealer shall have cleared premises without delay except employees, and shall lock all doors to said premises. Employees only between the hours of 12:00 a.m. and 1:30 a.m. will conduct reasonable maintenance upon closing, and then the said premises will be vacated without delay.
   (D)   No alcohol shall be sold (on-/off-sale), consumed, or allowed to be consumed on any licensed premises after 12:00 a.m.
