§ 110.38 OFF-SALE LICENSES TO PROHIBIT CONSUMPTION ON PROPERTY.
   It shall be unlawful for any licensee to make any delivery of alcoholic beverage outside of the premises as described in his or her license, and shall also be unlawful for any alcoholic beverage to be consumed in or about the said licensed premises.
