It shall be unlawful for any person to have a package or any other receptacle containing alcoholic beverage in his or her possession in a motor vehicle which is not in a sealed original package with the United States Government and the State of South Dakota tax stamp unbroken; or the alcoholic beverage is so removed that no occupant of the motor vehicle shall have access to it while the vehicle is in motion.
