(A) No person shall dispose of refuse and/or other combustible material by open burning, or cause, suffer, allow, or permit open burning of refuse and/or combustible material, and or/person shall conduct or cause or permit the conducting of a salvage operation by open burning in the city.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any person, firm, or corporation to burn sweepings, trash, lumber, leaves, straw, or other combustible material in any alley, street, yard, or vacant lot within the fire limits prescribed by ordinance in the city.
