(A) No person shall operate a motor vehicle, or any type of machine or engine propelled vehicle, unless it is provided with a muffler effectively muffling the exhaust and noise of such vehicle.
(B) No person shall operate a motor vehicle, or any type of machine or engine propelled vehicle, in any manner which makes unnecessary loud noises, intentional noises, or emits therefrom excessive smoke.
(C) Muffler cut outs, straight pipes, or other mechanisms for exhaust of such vehicles which are designed to permit loud noises, or are designed to not prohibit such loud noises, are prohibited. No person shall drive a motor vehicle, or any type of motor vehicle or any type of machine or engine propelled vehicle, with the above described mechanisms in operation.
