§ 70.04 TURNING AROUND; TURNING CORNERS.
   (A)   A horse, vehicle, or motor vehicle turning into a street to the right shall turn the corner as near the right-hand curb at practicable.
   (B)   A horse, vehicle, or motor vehicle turning into a street to the left shall, before turning, pass around the center of the intersection of the two streets.
   (C)   The driver of a vehicle about to turn shall give timely signal by hand or other unmistakable manner to indicate the direction of the turn.
   (D)   The driver of any vehicle shall not turn such vehicle so as to proceed in the opposite direction on any street in a business or commercial area, or at any intersection controlled by traffic control signals, and shall not upon any other street so turn a vehicle, except at an intersection, and at such time the driver commits a petty offense.
