(A) No vehicle shall be driven over any unprotected hose of the Fire Department when laid down on any street or private driveway to be used at any fire or alarm of fire, without the consent of the Fire Department Official in charge.
(B) It shall be unlawful for any horse, vehicle, or motor vehicle to cross over from the right- hand side of the street to the left-hand side, except upon the intersection of said street with another street, and in so turning such horse, vehicle, or motor vehicle, shall pass around the center of said intersection.
(C) No person shall cause any traction engine to go upon or cross over any cement or concrete cross walks upon any street, without first covering such crosswalk with planks at least eight feet long, 12 inches wide, and three inches thick; the same to be placed upon such crosswalk so as to completely cover the same and to extend at least one and one-half feet on each side thereof, in such manner that the wheels of such traction engine shall rest entirely upon said planks while passing over such crosswalk.
