§ 53.40 UNIT INSPECTION REQUIRED.
   All garbage hauling units permitted under this subchapter shall be subject to random inspections performed by the Sioux Falls Health Department/Runge Landfill. Inspections are to be done at least annually, and proof of such inspections shall be presented to the City Council.
