Every commercial garbage hauler’s license issued under the provisions of this subchapter shall be renewed at the city, a transfer fee as set out for in first meeting of the City Council in June of each year, and shall expire on June 15 of the following year unless renewed. Sale of a licensed commercial garbage hauling business will cause the seller’s commercial hauler’s license to expire upon consummation of the sale, unless said license is transferred according to the terms of this subchapter.
