(A) The initial license fee for a commercial garbage hauler’s license shall be $100 for the first year of operation or part of a year. Each year thereafter, an existing commercial garbage hauler license holder may apply to renew the garbage hauler’s license and a renewal fee of $100 shall be tendered with the renewal application. The license or renewal thereof will not be granted if the fee is not paid.
(B) The transfer fee for transfer of the commercial garbage hauler’s license to a new owner is $25.
(C) Re-issuance fee for return of the commercial garbage haulers license to a previous owner is $25.
