The form for application for a commercial garbage hauler’s license and the renewal thereof, required by the provisions of this subchapter, shall be provided by the city, and, upon completion, the same shall be filed at the Finance Office by the applicant. At the time the applicant submits the application, it shall also submit proof of certification by the Sioux Falls Health Department/Runge Landfill that the applicant will be allowed to deposit the garbage collected from the city in said landfill or successor landfill.
